Jennifer ‘Jenna’ Anderson is an American artist, born in Dunedin, FL. She is a photographer with a focus on narrative portraiture. Jenna is compelled by black and white camerawork, WITH experience in both the analog and digital realms of image capture.
Jenna has spent most of her life living out of a suitcase, traveling globally and now calling Brooklyn her home. She gained her MBA internationally in Paris, 2015. IN FRANCE she ate bread, cheese and drank wine. Enjoying the moments passing, eventually RELOCATING to New York City.
Jenna brings her skilled creative eye into all she shoots. ASIDE FROM PHOTOGRAPHY, Jenna has a successful career consulting in New York City. In leisure, she practices charcoal drawing, studio assisting and reading deep into the night with her black cat ArtiE. She plans to publish a zine ‘Finding New York’ in the coming future. It will document individuals Jenna has encountered, interviewing their journeys to NYC. How to survive creatively and make success for themselves through the pain and triumphs, what it means to drop yourself in the one of the busiest cities in the world and trying to keep head above water as an artist.
